Sample Rater Screens
What does the rater see? We make it easy for internal and external raters to complete any one of our 100 plus feedback surveys. Raters receive a welcome email with a personalized message from you along with the instructions needed to complete the survey. An embeded hyperlink gives them direct access to the survey, so there are no IDs or Passwords to forget. Raters can enter and exit as often as they want. They can review and change their responses. Do they need assistance? Raters can access our online help screens at any time.
Our web-based system supports different types of questions.
- Quantitative Questions: Include 2-8 point single or dual response behaviorally anchored scales
- Qualitative Questions: Include open-ended comments for any item, any theme, or as a separate section
