CCi Direct-Connect® web-based software provides you with a secure data collection platform. We can administer any feedback project for you. We can also provide you with direct access to our highly acclaimed software so you can administer any feedback project yourself.

Who? We designed our software expressly for people who want to manage their own feedback projects and who want to create their own assessments for their internal or external clients. Our state-of-the-art intuitive software provides you with a reliable and secure platform.

What? CCi Direct-Connect® is a dedicated web-based feedback collection platform. It is easy to use. It allows you to deploy 360-degree and non-360 feedback surveys of any length to any internal or external source. Our software is self-contained. You can create and deploy a wide range of surveys and deliver the results within our system. We include the instructions, introductory, thank you, and follow-up reminder messages you need. You can modify our templates to meet your needs.

There is no need to download the data to other software programs. CCi Direct-Connect® includes proprietary reporting formats that you can access at the click of a button. Select summary and detailed item analysis, text and multi-colored graphics reports. You can create individual and demographic feedback profiles. Compare data from one demographic group to another. Our system does the rest. Participants receive their personalized results along with a self-instructional interpretation guide, action planning forms, and a follow up guide to facilitate the sharing of their results with others.   

Where? Our software resides on our secure high speed, high volume servers. There is no software to download. No special equipment to purchase. We back up your data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. We store your data in two separate and secure locations.

When? Real time reporting. When data are in you can compile and distribute the feedback results when you want. Print as many copies as you want. Transmit the results by email to each participant (and others) with minimal administrative time.
