  • Recognized internationally as one of the pioneers in the development of 360-degree feedback instruments
  • Experienced in four key areas of intervention: Organizational Development; Designing and Developing performance based 360 degree surveys for personal and professional development; Individual Coaching; Creating Business Unit change strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Published since 1967
  • Author of over 225 articles on leadership and management related themes
  • Over 32 years experience in organizational and human resource development
  • Developed and implemented over 285 feedback instruments for a wide range of clients around the world
  • Former lecturer of English literature, leadership, and management related courses in the Graduate Schools of the Universities of Minnesota and St. Thomas
  • Former supervisor at 3M Company where he developed and implemented a wide range of training programs that incorporated multi-rater feedback, behavioral modeling, and mathetics learning techniques
  • Larry is a Hennepin County Master Gardener in Minnesota and works with adults and children. His Japanese Gardens have appeared on national television and garden magazines. He is frequently interviewed and speaks on a wide range of yard and garden topics, such as water, container, and vegatable gardening, Japanese, rain, and bog gardens.
  • Larry is learning Spanish (slowly) and has written a children's book, Quiero ser Bombero.
