Four Day CCi Direct-Connect® Software Training and Certification Workshop

We designed this workshop exclusively for our International clients and CCi Partners who have direct access to our award winning web-based software, CCi Direct-Connect®. This workshop has two primary modules and objectives.

Module One (Days One and Two) includes the Administrators within your organization. These are the non-technical people who will administer your feedback projects for you through our software platform. Administrators will learn how to use each feature of our web-based software with confidence and competency. Administrators will learn how to modify our existing surveys and how to create an unlimited number of 360 or non-360 surveys. Upon completion of this two-day module, Administrators should be able to create and develop a wide range of 360 and non-360 surveys, learn how to upload email addresses, modify our built-in templates for their specific needs and requirements, deploy surveys, monitor the return rates, create status reports, create feedback profiles for individuals, and create group profiles in order to quantify training needs and core strengths for any demographic within your organization.

Module Two (Days Three and Four) includes the trainers and/or consultants who will promote the feedback process to internal or external clients, facilitators who will guide participants through their data, and coaches who will help participants build upon their strengths and resolve identified developmental areas. Key decision makers are encouraged to attend as well. Upon completion of this two-day module, participants will have an excellent overview of our highly effective feedback process-what it does from a features-benefits point of view and how it can help people reach their potential. Participants will also learn how other clients apply the feedback results within their organization, how to integrate our feedback process with other initiatives, such as with training programs, how to interpret each of our proprietary reporting formats and what participants take away from each report, how to guide personnel through their data, how to help them create self-directed action plans with accountability, and how to use our pre-post assessment process to measure the results of any action planning efforts. Participants will learn how to guide participants in 1:1 coaching sessions and in structured feedback interpretation workshops using any one of our eight workshop agenda formats.
