CCi Team Performance Profile

We designed the CCi Team Performance Profile for project teams and workgroups in business, industry, education, and government organizations.

Our team effectiveness profile measures 61 behaviors linked to 10 core competencies. The survey also includes importance ratings, demographic questions to facilitate cross-correlations, and 4 qualitative questions and takes about 10 minutes to complete.

The feedback provides you with a summary of the strengths the group can build upon and the specific behaviors and practices the group needs to develop to perform more effectively. The feedback helps teams understand the effectiveness and consequences of their behavior. It can help teams understand how they can increase their influence and effectiveness with others.

The competency model for this dynamic assessment is:

  1. Adapting to Change: (The willingness to be flexible as internal or external conditions change.)
  2. Commitment-Working Together: (The willingness to work with others in a collaborative manner in order to achieve a common goal.)

  9. Quality of Deliverables: (The willingness to provide exceptional products, services to internal and/or external customers.)
  10. Team Leadership: (The ability to provide direction, clarify team goals and establish the roles, responsibilities, and expectations for team members.)
