CCi Career and Professional Development 360-assessment:
We designed this assessment for people at all levels within the organization and especially for those who want to excel in their current position or function; for those who are in a period of transition; for those transferring to a new country-culture; and for those who want to understand how they can increase their influence and effectiveness with others.
Our assessment measures 4 dimensions, 88 quantitative items linked to 13 competencies and 4 qualitative items. We also include demographic items to facilitate cross-correlations.
Our competency model includes a proven balance of relationship and task behaviors and practices.
A. Relationship Competencies
- Communication: (The ability to express ideas clearly and listen effectively.)
- Influencing Others: (The willingness to negotiate in a collaborative manner in order to achieve positive results.)
- Emotional Intelligence: (The ability to manage one's emotions in a productive manner.)
- Personal Integrity: (The ability to gain the trust and confidence of others by being consistent to his or her principles, values, and behavior.)
- Working with Differences: (The willingness to involve others and integrate the differences that exist among the team, group.)
B. Task Competencies
- Personal Initiative and Drive: (The willingness to take the initiative in order to achieve personal, group goals.)
- Problem Solving and Creativity: (The ability to analyze situations, problems through creativity and innovation.)
- Decision Making and Decisiveness: (The ability to make effective decisions in a timely manner.)
- Planning and Execution: (The ability to plan and organize tasks, projects effectively )
- Quality of Performance: (The ability and willingness to deliver high quality work)
C. Self-Management Competencies
- Continuous Development: (The willingness to improve upon and/or develop new skills through continuous, on-going learning.)
- Coping with Change: (The willingness to be flexible as the situation changes.)
